| Guitar has been one of the
most popular instruments in North America for many years. It’s presence
at parties, worship services, concert halls, and clubs is becoming more
pronounced every day. Many people are interested in learning to play the
guitar but do not have the time or resources to dedicate themselves to one
on one study. Others attempt to teach themselves with books or internet
resources only to be frustrated by the lack of feedback and guidance inherent
in these methods. The GuitarSmart ! group lesson method integrates learning
how the instrument works on a fundamental level during the lesson time.
What this means for the fledgling player is frequent, guided practice with
immediately noticeable results. In addition to this, the student will possess
not only the rudimentary skills on the instrument but an understanding of
how the instrument works– knowledge that in the future will allow
them to explore guitar to the furthest extent possible. |
